Phia is an AI-powered shopping assistant founded by Phoebe Gates (daughter of Bill Gates) and Sophia Kianni that instantly scans over 40,000 retail and second-hand fashion platforms to compare prices, highlight fair value, and help users shop smarter and more sustainably.
Our Results
We developed a service focused on creating and delivering twenty videos for the client, carefully designed to showcase their services to their ideal audience in a clean and distinctive manner. Through our consistent, high-quality video format, these videos collectively garnered over 90,000 organic views within two weeks, starting from an account with zero followers. This approach effectively helped the client achieve their targeted results by engaging their dream market.
Process
1. Strategy & Concept
We developed a content strategy for Phia focused on creating videos that felt natural, engaging, and relatable to their ideal audience. The goal was to showcase Phia’s services without feeling ad-like, and to test which subtle variations in approach could drive virality.
2. Messaging & Hooks
Each video followed an almost identical format. The key difference was small tweaks to the hooks, allowing us to test what resonated most with viewers. This systematic testing helped identify the most effective ways to grab attention while keeping content consistent and organic.
3. Creator-Led Production & Testing
We scripted, filmed, and edited 20 high-quality videos. While the format remained consistent, we tested variations in hooks, pacing, and visuals. Interestingly, we found that custom thumbnails were actually hurting performance, so we optimized by letting the content itself drive engagement.
4. High-Frequency Posting & Optimization
